TPM role in the team
What does a TPM really do? In this section, we’ll explore how TPMs turn product vision into reality by managing the 'How,' 'Who,' and 'When' of execution. You’ll learn how they act as the bridge between Product Managers, who define the strategy, and Technical Leads, who handle development. We’ll also dive into how TPMs ensure that both the vision and technical execution stay aligned, so projects stay on track and deliver real results. Discover the vital role TPMs play in making things happen.
TPM meetings
In this block, we’ll teach you how to effectively align on program goals and assess current progress. You’ll learn to identify and discuss key challenges that impact delivery timelines, including technical issues and resource allocation. We’ll cover how to ensure your development roadmap aligns with broader strategic priorities and how to identify risks while proposing mitigation strategies. By the end, you’ll have the tools to lead productive discussions that drive your program forward.
Real steps to Enfluence people
In this block we are going to talk about how to influence stakeholders. First of all, let’s think why do we need to influence them? For example, when you need to address one of your tasks on your project quickly, maybe you work on some project improvemnets or you need to make a strategic decision that impacts a few programms.
Testimonial
"I can't recommend this course enough! As someone new to TPM, I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but the way everything is explained here just made sense. The real-world examples and templates were super practical, and I could start using what I learned right away. The content is clear, easy to follow, and actually enjoyable. I finished the course feeling way more confident in my ability to step into a TPM role."
